  I have been using Tom for my hair for the past 4 months now and always an excellent experience. High quality hair cut and when I have been interested in trying a new haircut has given great recommendations for styles. Will continue coming here

  I no I have lived in chesterfield I had not visited (disabled? 76yrs) visited checked out prices out, it is very big , 10 minutes away X17 & other buses, it got every think you need & more?, its a must.

  Chesterfield Tescs. On stilts so parking is mainly dry. Take a kid. Parking is better.

  I had a very poor experience trying to return some clothes. The staff member I spoke to (who I won’t name publicly) had an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. I was bluntly told no one could process a return, with no explanation or help offered. It seems crazy that a shop of that size doesn’t have a single member of staff who can process a refund. The whole interaction was shocking and very unprofessional.

  We shop here regularly and the staff,service are brilliant. But Why oh Why do they let all the summer bedding plants and house plants die each week. Is no one responsible for them. Can they not employ someone who can care,rotate and water these poor plants. They only need regular watering. It is such a shame and a terrible waste. This has been the same for 5 consecutive weeks now. It looks bad for the store,dead,dying plants just as you enter the store, but I am more concerned about the poor plants and the waste.
