  Disappointing replacement for the larger version nearby. I understand there is a lot less space but there are so many items I can't easily get hold of now.

  An absolute horrendous experience! From the moment you walk through the entrance, it's like a war zone! People going in all directions, I feel for the elderly as it isn't safe, the HSE would have an absolute Beano! Whoever made the commercial decision to open a Tesco in this building, with a layout like something off The Crystal Maze, should be doing a ten stretch! The reason, greed! pure and simple. Overpriced, limited stock and you can count the staff on two fingers. I'll never set foot in there again!

  TERRIBLE! • Previous store had 8 self checkouts, this new store has 3... none of them are monitored, so if you buy a restricted item (alchohol etc.) you're stood there waiting for someone to eventually come and help you, while the queue gets huge. • The old store bad multiple manned tills to the current 1 single manned till (pathetic). • Security guards that do literally nothing. Taking personal phone calls during their shift and not even trained to help on the self service checkout... They don't challenge any of the unsavoury people that come in to the store with potentially dangerous dogs. • Pathetic selection of groceries, the frozen section is about as extensive as a typical newsagents. • Aisles are extremely small and everyone is just bumping in to each other. Why on God's earth did you change from the old store to this one!?!?

  Very poor bad choice on Tesco’s side. They should never have closed the old store. Went today the store was still closed at 7.20am apparently someone had phoned in sick. This store is no good you cue forever to get served, having to push past other members of the public to get out the shop, use self serve is no better as you have to wait forever to get verified on think 25 goods as they don’t have enough staff. It’s a farce half the time they don’t have what you won’t and staff are rude and don’t seem to care. Half the time the staff don’t seem to know what there doing as there nearly all young ens with little interest in the job or the customers. The format is bad and the way the store is set out is worse, it makes little sense you’re constantly under someone’s feet trying to get out or to get to what you need. Overall very poor experience.

  excellent shop, had everything i needed including lots of gluten free options. plenty of space to move about down aisles and the staff were very helpful.
