- JGJordon GelsthorpeSep 26, 20265.0, we ordered online for home delivery and the food came stone cold I asked the man politely to take it bk and get me fresh food as it’s inedible he refused and walked off said sort it with the online but the online doesn't work so I had to go out and get it sorted, the manger Adam is the best so friendly and polite and professional, sorted my food out and apologised and was really fast with making me my food, Thankyou
- DBDarth BearSep 22, 20262.0Terrible service, took me 8 minutes to get a medium coke zero, and although there were orders in the drive through, 3 of them spent more then half that time arguing. I was asked three times for my receipt despite showing it and got a lukewarm coke at the end. I heard staff swear under their breath.
- CMChloe MaySep 20, 20265.0We had an excellent visit, mostly due to your staff member Jane. She went above and beyond for our children, they absolutely loved her. She took the time to talk, play and interact inbetween her duties and is a credit to your company. This isn’t our local McDonald’s but the kids want to come back again just to see Jane!
- TMTim MacIlwaineSep 2, 20262.0Staff members were running ragged. The coffee m/c made a dirty brown flat white with almost zero coffee. I drank most of it but decided to mention it. I was offered a free cool drink which I declined, but the person attending the m/cs wanted to insist that the 2nd m/c was the faulty one. Unnecessary hill to die on. I was relaxed. She didn't have to pick a fight, and I didn't join. Let's not tarnish the cafe by the actions of one person, but the ambiance wasn't great. The staff need some help and guidence.
