- TRThomas Redman6 days ago1.0Worst McDonald’s in the country. I’ve never not had an issue when visiting here. This time I ordered a Big Mac and 9 piece McNugget meal. I thought this was for the World Cup meal and had no offer of it or anything. At the speaker I was asked what dips I would like for the nuggets and I said ketchup. When getting to the next window where you collect I wasn’t greeted and was passed my drinks and told to go to the next window. I was then left for nearly ten minutes waiting whilst car after car behind me got their orders and drove off. When being given my order I wasn’t apologised to for the wait or anything just basically passed my order. When I got back there was hardly any fries in the boxes or at the bottom of the bag. None of the dips that was ordered and also no straws for the drinks. With one drink being a milkshake which is nearly impossible to have without a straw. I’ve had so many issues with this particular McDonalds I’m now refusing to go back to it. The staff are rude and regularly get your orders wrong

- SSS.A.MMay 26, 20265.0Came in suffering from heat exhaustion and high blood sugars and asked cira and if I could sit down to recover her and Charlie got me upstairs and got me a bottle of water to help me cool down and came and check on me to see if I was OK. You got a customer for life thank from a very grateful customer
