    1 brilliant member of staff, but the rest of the staff are terrible. One of them seems to have a bit of an attitude problem and makes assumptions about what you want on your sandwich without asking first, just because you like grated cheese on your sandwich doesn't mean everyone else does. Just been in now and the one member of staff who was working was going so slowly he might as well have been stood still, so I went to Gregg's instead, again.

    Went in at 15:30 on a Monday and girl behind counter said they were closed. Although online says open til 18:00
