    1) multiple times we have googled their website closing time and they say 7pm and multiple times we have arrived before 6pm to see they are shut 2) anytime we have gone in and got food we was stood waiting over 10 minutes in a small queue to the point one time we left and went over to greggs instead, appalling shocking service, the staff are so slow i was tempted to get them on rollar skates to speed them up, if we had another subway round here i would most certainly go there instead

Food I’ve indicated 3/5. Nothing to make this shop stand out from the others and often they run out of various things. I’ve just been today and they were out of ham and tomatoes. The time before that they were out of any bread but whole wheat. Nobody wants that stuff. Service has to be said is bottom of the barrel since day 1. I give space for new workers and getting to know their space, but the ho reunion is over. Nowadays, there always seems to be a slow moving queue with one person with zero sense of urgency making sandwich’s whilst two or three people rotate trying to figure out the till and moving stock around, usually one person is doing most of the work whilst one or two others try to stay busy. That’s the whole vibe. There is also a lack of consistency. As they were out of ham I asked for extra salami instead on a BMT (which has 4 each of salami, ham and pepperoni). The person suggested instead a “spicy Italian” with six and six of the salami and pepperoni. Whilst a previous time when they were out of one meat they were able to give double another one, as this sandwich wasn’t for me and the person it was for doesn’t really like spicy food too much I didn’t want as much pepperoni as was suggested. I asked as there is no ham can I have double salami (again, this time sort of saying it with a tone of “obviously” I imagine…), this time the person was adamant and excitedly told me when I said we’ll do it their way, “It’s the Subway way”😂. I’m pretty sure the difference of 2 slices of salami opposed to 2 slices of pepperoni to satisfy a customer should be a multi billion dollar company’s “way”, right? Anyway it was hilarious, I’m not even mad about it I’m just spiteful and surprised at how this person power tripped over the two slices of salami.
