  I have been a loyal Papa Johns customer for the past six years, and this is the first time I have felt the need to share a negative experience. Today, I simply asked the staff if they could make my pizza a little spicier, something I have requested many times before. Unfortunately, the staff member who identified himself as the manager responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. As a long-time customer, I found this behaviour extremely disappointing. A simple and reasonable customer request should be handled politely and respectfully. I hope Papa Johns takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to its staff on customer service and professionalism. Loyal customers deserve to be treated with respect.

  Sent me the wrong pizza. Didn’t correct it instead said they would refund me. Never did then denied all knowledge of it.

  Normally they are good but this time they sent me dairy ice cream instead of the non dairy ice cream. My son is allergic to ice cream and he ate some of it, now he is poorly. Won't be going here again. Definitely will be getting in touch with environmental health for their negligence.
