  Disappointing evening at our favourite restaurant. We love wagamamas but for some reason they couldn't get it right the other night. Friday 2nd Sept 2026. My wife's noodle dish came cold and we had to have it remade. Our little ones bento box was ok but his chicken was massively overdone, it looked like chicken jerky. He didn't seem to mind tho. My katsu chicken was lovely until the final piece when I noticed it was RAW. I was kindly told it was just a blood vessel in the chicken, nothing to worry about, they did remove the meal from the bill.... It def wasn't ok as I was stuck on the toilet Sat morning until 10:00! My poor stomach 😓 Just left disappointed in what is our fav place to eat. Will def visit WM again, but this restaurant might need some improvements.

  our server harriet was the light of the night, she made us feel welcome, wanted and delivered excellent service - a credit to the restaurant team! the food was insane as always, we had a brilliant night celebrating our anniversary!

  Came in with my wife today and have to say I wasn't so sure on this type of cuisine. Some of the food wasn't great but it was more down to the fact it was a bit sauceless and generic. I would definitely go about having a rice dish next time! Service however was immaculate, Red haired guy came across with such a positive vibe and talked us through the menu. (Didn't catch his name sadly !) He followed up twice to check we were okay and somehow even managed to get my wife to have a dessert. Wish we'd shared it to be honest! Will definitely be back just got to try different things next time

  Treat out with the wife, had a gift card gifted to me, would never turn down a Wagamama’s. Jess was our server - brilliant service from her. She was excellent and attentive to us through out our stay. Chicken & Prawn Yaki Soba Grilled Chicken Ramen We were going to have these just as they were, until Jess advised us that it was cheaper to do the lunch menu, where you can also order a drink with your meal for £14. Brilliant, thank you Jess, you just saved us a few pennies 😜. What a better place to practice our Chopstick etiquette. Certainly slowed me down wolfing my meal. Meals came out within 5-10 minutes of order - extremely quick service here at the East Midland Designer Outlet Store. Enjoyed our visit, food was delicious, service was brilliant from the staff…. & Jess. Not too busy at 12pm on a Tuesday, plenty of seating around. Only negative, was a tad cold inside. Nothing a bit of chilli in my ramen to bring the body heat up though. 5 ⭐

  It was ok - no lunch menu on bank holiday, no info to this affect on the website. Also no VAT discount for kids menu as per government scheme. £75 for 3 mains and kids menu. Kids menu was best value at £7.50. It was my wife's birthday, I was told she would get a free dessert, I didn't mention it to her in case it didn't happen and low behold it DIDN'T happen. The waitress only broke a smile when it came to showing me the 10%, 20%, 30% tip options, I don't think so, if they had done what they said they would do, I would've gladly have given them the 10% tip..but they didn't so it was never going to happen..ONE of the dishes cost £23.50, it had about £3.50 worth of ingredients max, you can take the tip out of that me thinks..
