    We always use this subway. we went in on Friday to order some food and was told we can’t order any as we had to use the self service machine, so we went to Greg’s next door and got served no problem.so will not be going back there.

    So i brought my service user to the branch today to buy a sandwich. He tried to order at the counter but was told he had to use the kiosk. My service user has a brain Injury so said can you not put it through on her till. It was the manager serving she said no were not aloud to. Im wondering what if he was paying cash. He attempted to do the kiosk himself but struggled she was trying to help him verbally while she still made other people's sandwiches. This was quiet embarrassing for him. After several attempts he then said he cnt do it. So she then did it for him. Once the order was done she returned back to what shes was doing. We had a lengthy wait for the sandwich, the shop had many people in and the atmosphere was deathly silent and somewhat uncomfortable. There was no customer service at all it was like watching robots. I felt that my service user was discriminated against as he did not want to disclose his struggles. There did not seem to be anything unplace to help the elderly or disabled people. We were told there was no other option but to use the kiosk. What about blind people or people who can not read or people who can not manage a bank card! No apology was given also. As always food was nice and the place was clean however workers seemed over stretch and can not manage the volume of orders.

    Un professional manager , order a sub online it went through and was wrong one and I no I ordered the right one as me and my partner double checked , my daughter who is having a eating disorder ended up with salad which was never added poor service poor food

    Only allowed to order through the self service, asked for extra mayonaise on sandwich which was charged at 40p and was not put on! After waiting half an hour for a bone dry sanwich couldnt be bothered to complain. The self service machines should have an ETA on your order as i did not have half an hour to waste waiting for a poorly prepared luke warm sandwich. I will never use this place ever again service is shocking.

    Worse staff experience i have ever had in subway, the staff forcing customer to order from the machine despite the manual machine was working, worse experience i have ever had in any subway in the whole world. Customer is first this store need to get it, anyway i will not come to this subway ever. Good luck for this staff who runs the owner business.
