The server was friendly and helpful at 8 o’clock at night which was a welcome attribute as a number of people we had spoken to prior to this not as it was getting late. It was wet and windy outside and nobody wanted to be at work. Tesco prices were very competitive and we enjoyed our evening shopping experience particularly the buzz ball cocktails at four for the price of three which we thought was a real bargain thank you.

A more appealing store than the nearby Sainsburys but the staff have no customer service skills at all. Needed age verification at the self service and not a member of staff came to assist. A man was up at the top shelf faffing and the young woman stood idle in the aisle with her hands in her pockets just looking at us. When she did come over she didn't speak and looked annoyed that she had been disturbed. Tesco you need to recruit better staff!

Well located Tesco Express, useful to have as another option to the nearby Sainsburys Local. Quite small and narrow aisles as you come to expect with these stores.
