  I feel that recognition should be given to the guy who was cleaning and tidying the indoor eating area whilst we were there he worked hard was methodical in his cleaning ,as people stood up to leave he quickly removed their rubbish and cleaned the seats and tables thoroughly. We take the staff for granted but credit where credit is due he is an asset to Mc Donalds Llandudno Junction .18/8/26 aprox2pm

  food was awful pubic hair in my chips kids screaming 67 chips were cold burger had a weird clear sauce what me and my buddies couldnt identify it tasted like cheese. we got another portion of chips due to the inconvenience and they took atleast 10-15 minutes not happy😠

  McDonald's is McDonald's, innit!!? Ordered via app to eat-in after an early morning at work; normal breakfast fayre; not really a fan of McDonald's or "fast-food" in general but sometimes a little 'dumbing-down' of the diet helps with balanced intake of all sorts of food, no matter how cheaply they're produced!

  I came to this McDonald’s at 11 tonight. My car going through the drive through. My friends in the other car were shouting as they were ordering and blamed it on my car. Then this manager Chris walks out and aggressively knocks on my window refusing us service. We try to explain what had happened and he walked away. We then drive to the first window and Chris is instantly aggressive as we are trying to explain what had happened. He then refused to serve us and was shouting at us to leave. We left empty y handed and unfulfilled all because of Chris. (He also shouted at us swearing and being nasty)

  3 stars Food itself was good, no complaints there. A few things let the overall visit down though. The order and collect layout doesn’t work well. You order on the screens then wait in a crowded area with no clear system, so it’s hard to tell whose order is whose and people end up bunched up round the counter. The male toilets need attention. No soap in the dispenser, just marks on the wall where it used to be, and there was an empty beer bottle left standing there, which isn’t great in a food environment. Also worth a mention that the place had a lot of unsupervised groups of kids hanging around, and it would help if staff kept a closer eye on that side of things. Good food, but the toilets and the ordering setup could do with sorting.
