  Had to ask twice for our puddings that we paid in advance for after our meal the woman was too busy fooling about with the manager they should both get a room and done with! Instead of forgetting your customers!

  Lovely meal had on the 11th of June with friends the manager Emma was friendly, polite and went the extra mile to make sure we had a lovely meal and a lovely atmosphere. Emma is a very good asset to your company and good at her job.

  Awful children's meal with just 5 pieces of popcorn chicken on a wet through plate from undrained veg. Scrappy fatty meat and terrible roast potatoes. They did offer a discount and an apology though

  Absolutely awful cleanliness throughout. Service from the team was polite but they are working in a pub that has not had money spent on it for 30 years.

  Well that was some shocking service. We spent almost 200 pound between me and my daughter in law for our families.I ordered mine first and my drinks. The card wouldnt accept and it took a minute. Until a young lady cancelled the transaction to reatart it and then it worked. At which point the bar manager was huffing and made me feel very embarrassed. Unfortunately when my daughter in law went to order her food and drink she made the order and paid for it and the bar manager said. Go and sit down and wait for your drink until he had served a group of men! ( I beg your finest pardon!!) So shocked were wre we actualy sat down, then fumed and fumed some more. At which point the dreaded words came. Can we speak to the bar manager. A lovely young lady came over and placated us with a complimentary bottle of wine. We left happier but it did put a bit of a dampener on the celebration of my sons birthday 🎂 Go sit down lil lady there's mens drinking to be had round these parts !
