  Luckily i'll eat most things. my other half ordered a burger without cheese, it turned up with cheese even after the kitchen staff came out to clarify and was told directly by her what she wanted (as if a plain burger is hard) then when it was sent back and didnt turn up again, when i went up to ask where it was the staff made excuses for the kitchen rather than appologise. Got a free dessert out of it but still.

  Me and my family went to this place for the very first time. Was quite quiet and we was told only the saver menu was on offer as there was only one chef. We waited almost an hour just to get our starters. The atmosphere was not very good and people were just staring as there was nothing better to do. Food was dry and undercooked the only good thing was the afters. Won’t be returning.

  Met friends here for breakfast this morning was 14 off us in a very quiet restaurant, the breakfast we were offered was absolutely dire to say the least greasy eggs minimal breakfast , a 15 mins wait for bacon to be replenished also hash browns aswell, cold coffee, and actually ran out off croissants at 9.30am , staff when asked where not bothered at all, we stay in a number of premier inns around the country and usually nice fresh breakfast etc , this place is shocking, don't waste your money

  Amazing food and staff were great despite the place going out of business and them all being told they'll be redundant
