  Terrible staff, very disappointed. My dad couldn’t get up the stairs, and instead of helping him, the staff laughed at him. It was very upsetting and humiliating. We will never go there again. To the guy who was laughing — I honestly feel sorry that you treat people like that. Before going there, think twice, because you could be treated badly and leave feeling humiliated.🥵

  Food was thrown together as it was just a mess when I opened the box. Also luke warm. And on top of that, the place was absolutely filthy with rubbish everywhere. Will not be back.

  I visited McDonald’s recently and smiled at a member of staff while going to get my food, hoping for a friendly response. Instead, I was met with a rude response of her pulling a face and then giving me attitude which was really disappointing. It makes me wonder why I should make the effort to be polite if the people who are supposed to provide good customer service can’t even return a simple smile? A little kindness goes a long way, and I hope they work on improving the atmosphere for customers.

  Ridiculously long wait for a simple meal. 14 orders 'ready to collect' and yet they we're not ready and clearly understaffed with one person trying to get the queue down. Food Luke warm, oil on the chips old. Plenty of places to sit upstairs and clean enough.

  Made my friend wait outside even tho I mentioned that I was paying for there food, so they had to wait outside as I ordered my food, meanwhile there was three people sat inside together.I felt like we were discriminated as we “look young” even tho we are adults. My food ended up being cold as I had to wait outside while my friend had to order food using their McDonald’s points as she wasn’t aloud to come inside with me for me to pay for her. On top of that we had to sit outside to eat our meals which ment we had to pay for bags, which we weren’t planning to do.Also there was a young girl asking to use their toilet and there security refused her! The outside of the fast food restaurant was full of litter as people were eating outside.I understand there has been a lot of anti social behaviour at this McDonalds but this doesn’t mean that they should be doing this to everyone! I will not be returning!
