At around 6pm on Saturday evening she still had to to talk to them about the masks they had for kids and then came over after to show them how to put the stickers on their happy meal toys. It was the best experience we have had in a McDonald's. Just wanted to make sure she is recognised as a brilliant member of the team.
- BNbu NMay 4, 20261.0the other day (saturday 2nd of may 2026 9:30) i saw something that digusted me in the kitchen. a man started cooking in a dirty high vis jacket which was rubbing across all the counter they use to prepare food. surely this is against standard uk food hygeine policies? why were the managers on duty not telling him to take that off? EVERYBODY is responsible for safety in the workplace. he looked like he did not belong in the kitchen, did he even have the required training to be there?? this is disgusting and unnaceptable i hope i dont see this again because i dont want to escalate this further...

If you by mistake order at the table, prepare to wait for 15-20 mins at least The food at the collection counter as well is late. Had a bad experience
