  I was hesitant to do this because I like the staff but something needs to be done. Multiple times from this shop I've bought reduced food that was already off. I asked for a refund once and was told "that's the risk you take with reduced food" and my request was denied. I doubt trading standards would agree. I've also been sold mouldy meatballs (some of them looked okay) and told, "that's why it's reduced when I went back for a refund. Today I bought chicken drumsticks (not reduced) and it tasted off, I was stupid enough to swallow a bite then nearly vomited in the street, retching a lot. Now I'm home an hour later I've actually vomited. I checked it out, certain toxins can act that fast. I was offered a refund this time but declined. Please do something about how you handle the food, I'm guessing you leave it out too long sometimes.

  Where's all the food?! 50% of the shop is crisps, chocolate, Easter eggs, cakes, pies with bad ingredients.. rest of the shop is magazines, alcohol, and there's a tiny section with fruit and veg, 2 or 3 boxes of oats.. almost everything else is just tinned or processed rubbish. Nothing at all organic. Shocking.

  Over chatged by 66% for potatoes, no sorry no apology, in fact not a word. Basic courtesy missing, so sad in a shop this size........

  Very poor milk selection, 2 rows of the same semi skimmed, hardly any whole, nothing above 2l, would not recommend
