  This place has recently had a new manager and his attitude stinks all the other staff are brilliant especially Jill the whole community loves her the way this manager speaks to his customers is terrible and he speaks to his staff worse it is not on for these reasons we no longer shop here we have been customers for over 40 years I know I'm not on my own here many local residents feel the same

  I wish to make a formal complaint regarding the conduct of your shift manager, Mike. During my recent visit, Mike demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge regarding the Post Office services that your store advertises and provides. Rather than assisting professionally when difficulties arose, he became extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive in his manner towards me. I was spoken to in a condescending way and treated as though I were a child. His attitude and behaviour were completely inappropriate and fell far below the standard of customer service that anyone should expect. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, his conduct escalated the situation unnecessarily, resulting in a confrontation that was witnessed by other customers in the store. I find it unacceptable that a manager representing your business would behave in such a manner, particularly when dealing with services on behalf of the Post Office. Customers should be able to rely on staff being knowledgeable, professional, and respectful at all times. As a result of this incident, I have already submitted a complaint to SPAR for their consideration. I believe this matter should be formally investigated and that appropriate action should be taken. At the very least, I feel Mike requires further training in both customer service and the Post Office services he is responsible for overseeing. I am not satisfied with a simple apology,Though He did Not even offerone...... I would like confirmation that this complaint has been investigated and that appropriate steps have been taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future

  This shop has gone downhill over the last few months and I have lived in the area 39 years there is a tall bold man why has started there and he’s is incredibly rude to customers. I witnessed him telling a customer to get off his phone while he was trying to ask someone what he was getting them. my elderly mother wasn’t able to get into the shop with her grandkids as there is so much clutter around the shop and products randomly placed in walkways. Looks like we will have to start shopping at Sainsbury’s instead.

  Very good local spar store with post office!!! There were lots of people in the queue for the post office because there was only 1 member of staff!!!!
