- IGIsobel GOct 4, 20261.0I am absolutely appalled at the way the manager spoke to the employee. The manager, was foreign with blonde hair glasses and a white shirt. She had a go at the employee Infront of me and my partner because she couldn’t find the salt. She shouted twice ‘open your eyes!’ And slammed the salt and gave it to us. We were so appalled we were speechless. If we see her there again at the drive through we will absolutely say something as I worked in Primark a busy retail place for 4 years and never ever would a manager speak to me that way so no excuse!!!
- AAAlexSep 22, 20261.0I live by this McDonald's and to be frank its awful. The staff are rude and always get orders wrong food always cold . Newport road is way better.
- LHL HarrisSep 20, 20261.0Went at 11:40 and was closed I worked at a McDonald’s less than I year ago I get they shut to reset However an issue with all McDonalds is that they don’t have a set time they do this that people can then know not to go roughly at those times However this is extremely early to be shutting??? Normally it’s a reset at 2-3am or something? Frustrating to come off the motorway at a normal hour and find it closed Same with the previous McDonalds so came off motorway twice for no reason Arrived at 5 to midnight will edit in what time it re opens
- EWEmilie WilliamsSep 4, 20265.0Went in this evening with Nanny and Daddy just thinking it was an ordinary day. But it soooo wasn't. First of all a nice worker lady gave me a free croc toy even though I hadn't ordered a happy meal. Then a nice man who was very tall came and asked my Daddy if I wanted to go and make my own McFlurry which I got to do and it was amazing I left feeling like a proper Princess it was such an exciting experience I'm so glad we went in there I've already asked if we can go back
