  Incompetent staff in this place are rude. 1 scm made us wait for ages. No apologies . Then this large girl came with an attitude . She needs firing with the rest of the lot . The place is a joke

  I was there or didn't want to know l.I frequent that establishment solely in the early hours for breakfast, and a pattern is emerging where I'm consistently overlooked at the drive-through, compelling me to proceed to the window. What genuinely prompted me to pen this critique occurred today when, despite being the initial arrival, two other vehicles were attended to before me. Ultimately, I was obliged to approach the window, presumably because my presence went unnoticed or was deliberately disregarded.

  Hands down worst and rudest drive through service. Instead of saying pardon me or come through to the window I get "I don't know what your on about" This isn't the first time the rudeness has come up. Honestly, do better.

  I think McDonald should review the “Please collect” system. Every time, the screen show my order is “Please collect”, actually it have to wait more than 5 minutes. Why can’t be honest? It’s really annoying. I have to worry about missing my orders. Come on. It can do better.

  Barely anyone sat inside. We went to the counter to be served as I wanted to add / remove bits from the meals, and I don't like doing that on the self-serve. Waited some time, then when a gentleman came up to us and I tried to place an order, he pointed us to the self-service area. I said that I needed to add / remove some bits and would like to do that in person. He walked off without a word and a lady came along and took the order while he stood there for a minute. Order placed we sat down. Observed the same gentleman vaguely potter about. When meal was ready and we took it to the table, I noticed that my order was wrong. I went to the desk and a lady and child were in front of me. We waited quite some time, with the same gentleman ignoring us as he vaguely pottered back and forth past the area. Finally, the lady in front started calling out for help, still ignored. She called out several times. Waited again for a few minutes. Must have been at the desk for more than 5 mins, keep in mind there was barely anyone inside the place eating. I advised my order for my veggie burger had an item missing. I was told that it was not in the order, I advised I had ordered it. I was told they could do another burger, but I was already aware my fries were probably really quite cold now, so I gave up and went back to eat. Veggie burger was greasy, and hours later, I still feel rubbish after eating it. When ordering we observed a customer stood there with his hand way down in his pants, a roll you own cigarette end on the till counter and an empty pack of cigarette lighters on the till counter. The third person that came to the desk finally removed it. Place felt unsavoury, order was messed up, got ignored and had to wait a long time to be served both times at the till. We didn't like it at all and won't be back again.
