  Really bad service We waited 1 hour for the food And one of the staff member is very disrespectful While taking payment just because we are using coupons I recommend if someone is using coupons never visit this branch

  Not up to their usual standard, I'm used to Wagamama where food comes out at slightly different times as and when it's cooked but this time my wife and I had completely finished our meal and still had to wait another 20 minutes before the other 3 meals came out and when they did the salmon was dry and over cooked.

  Wonderful service. Our waiter was Paul. Brilliant with lots of patience. My only regret is that I didn’t bring cash with me as he deserved a generous tip.

  Came in for lunch, ordered food making clear we were vegetarian, they managed to serve us beef bao buns, to be fair the manager was very apologetic and waived the bill, but not great having been vegetarian for 40+ years

  Went here with my sister today and we both had the best time! 🥰 We had such lovely seats with a great view, especially as the restaurant is located on the second floor, and of course, the food was absolutely delicious! But the real highlight of our visit was Anna! 🤍 Working in hospitality is definitely not for the faint of heart, especially when it’s busy, but Anna was so attentive, proactive and genuinely lovely throughout our whole visit. She served us with such a warm smile and made us feel really looked after! She’s honestly one of the sweetest servers we’ve ever had, and she deserves so much recognition for all the hard work she does! She was definitely carrying the floor! 😆👏 Thank you so much again, Anna! You really made our day 🤍 x
