  All substituted food again in my delivery you seem to buy one thing and yet another's turning up in your delivery even though you click the product you wanted seems to me shelve stackers are slacking again or there just not got the products you want in such a big huge tesco that says they have everything and you can order online what you need but send you so.ething else instead what a shop aye!!

  No Frozen stuff due too poor packing of the shelves gone to get frozen food delivered for two days straight frozen stuff won't stop being substituted TWO DAYS!! Your freezers are working get over it and sort ya self's out!

  They have a lot of special offers available like the club card. Also there is always someone to ask for help if needed as sometimes the machines can be faulty. Would recommend and is in a good area.

  I had bad experience with a store staff name call Steve (Same of the stuff refused to tell his name also)on 20/08/2026 at 11:15 a.m he was so rude and disrespectful full Wen I try to pay but cash in the automated till all he was shouting at me in front of all the customers and stuff I try to contact the manager nobody helps me at the store this is not the way you treat customers I was so disappointed

  Third time in a row I have come out there, where the car wash and the fast EV charger were not working. The only product I actually went to the main store for was out of stock. Then went to buy some meal deals for work for the next two days, first one went through no problem, the second one was full price. When I queried with the guy assisting in self check out, he scolded me for picking up a drink (from the meal deal section) that apparently did not apply. He then got annoyed when I said I did not have the time to go back (because I really needed to leave for work), and made a big show of being fake nice to me, basically yelling “HAVE A NICE DAY THEN” and other customers stared at me when I left. What an absolute dumpster fire of an experience. I work in retail. I was not impolite. The fact that the assistant was that salty would not have gone down well in my store. You need to train your staff to handle issues professionally
