Good shop. Giant Tesco, has a very good range of products, but as so big and because they move the items around the staff aren't really sure where lots of items are.

I’m a very regular and satisfied customer. However, I want to highly commend Benji at Customer Services desk. I today returned a wine which (unusually) was corked (off). He was engaging, empathetic and efficient. Go you Benji👍

Sick to death of driving out of my way to this branch only for the products I wanted to either not be stocked, be discontinued or empty gaps on the shelf where the product should be. I haven't been back here for several months after repeat disappointments. Today I came in for 7 different items. Two were ambient pasta lines, both were empty on the shelf. Two drink lines used to be available in the drinks fridge at the front of the shop by the sandwiches. Now no longer stocked except in more expensive multipacks in the pop section. Three items I came in for I couldn't find at all. For such a big store it is such a disappointment.
