  They never have anything that I want, not because they don't sell anything that I want like the automatic cans of fresh air spray, that I have used for years before I moved here. It's haphazard. The sweets are next to toilet items, toilet rolls next to alcohol etc.

  I visited this Tesco on 18th April 2026, and I am a regular customer. After purchasing my items, I paid at the second self-checkout kiosk. At the first kiosk, another customer had not yet completed their payment and seemed to be waiting. As I was leaving the store, a staff member (whose name I do not know) and a security guard began loudly accusing me twice of not paying. They didn’t even bother to ask politely or check properly before jumping to conclusions. Instead, they immediately assumed I had not paid, which was completely unacceptable. Thankfully, the staff member at the till clarified that I had paid and that the unpaid items belonged to another customer. However, the damage was already done. Being publicly accused in this way was humiliating and deeply embarrassing. This was extremely poor customer service. Staff should be trained to handle situations like this professionally and respectfully instead of making baseless accusations. Very disappointing experience

  Bad experience in Clifton St Tesco on Mon 9th March 2026. Made my brother angry. I suffer from suicidal depression. Will campaign to legalise euthanasia in the UK.
