  The delivery situation was a little annoying / unclear and the tracker was innacurate. However the staff were really lovely and answered the phone and upgraded my ice cream so I can't complain. Thank you!

  ordered thru the papa johns app and not only did the order take way longer than expected, the app said the order has been delivered to me already when it HASNT. So i had to walk all the way from my student accom to the store and then back because the late driver only had just called me saying hes waiting for me outside a tesco. In the end my food was also cold.

  Ordered a pizza and it never arrived I then called the place and they said it was coming, 20 mins later I try call again and no response from them. Spent £15 no help from customer service and no pizza ridiculous.
