  Such a shame and disappointment 😞 Came here this evening before work, 2 customers before me and a wait time of 23 minutes before food served as more focus on drive through. Food was served cold, seating was filthy and place was dirty and littered. Sadly not a nice experience for a quick bite before work.

  Slowest McDonalds known to man, they treat the people eating inside as the scum of the Earth. I ordered the McDonalds WC meal a few months and didn't even get a cup, the bloke behind the counter didn't even tell me they had ran out of cups. Thier car park is also badly designed, the spaces are painted in a way which encourages people to forward park, which is dangerous especially for young children when reversing back out.

  I was the only car at the drive through, sat for 5 or 6 mins, another car pulled up and was served roght away. Got cold, stale, unseasoned fries and 2 very sad burgers.

  Ordered from here this morning half the order didn’t come the fries came but no main. They charge you a fortune and can’t even get your order right absolutely shocking never ordering from here again. I’ll drive to another store from now on

  I think this place should be shut down. The food quality is zero. The service is zero. The cleanliness of the dining area is zero. Only the restroom was relatively clean. My order was mixed up; I ordered a Coke Zero—I remember what was on the screen when I placed the order—but I got a milkshake instead. I told the man at the counter that I hadn't ordered a milkshake, but he just pointed at the order slip to show it was listed there. He didn't offer to exchange it or do anything else. I took my order... and literally had nowhere to sit, even though I was the only person in the dining area. The tables were disgustingly dirty; there wasn't a clean spot to sit and eat. It was 3 AM, and there was no one else around. The order monitor showed only four orders, including mine. When I opened my order, the fries were completely cold—as if they’d been sitting there all night. I went to the counter to mention the cold fries, but the Indian music was playing so loudly that I had to shout three times before anyone heard me. The staff offered to replace the fries, but for obvious reasons, I declined. In the end, I just ate the double cheeseburger (which cost £6.69). I threw away the fries and handed the untouched milkshake back to the man at the counter. I keep giving this McDonald's on Newport Road a chance, hoping things might improve, but it just gets worse every time. That was my last visit. I hope the place changes for the better—maybe they need new staff, or a new manager who actually knows how to lead a team. If not, I’ll just be waiting for them to close it down. Regards.
