  Ordered some food on the app, gave my code at the drive through, they told me to go to next window, got to next window and they asked for my code again, so I gave it and they said it wasn't going through, showed them the app order and the email of my receipt that I had been charged, manager said I had to write an email, to head office and refused to help further! when I asked for her name, she refused to give it and walked off! I ended up having to use my free points to get something smaller because I didnt want to spend any money after that

  Possible easily the worst McDonald's in the whole of South Wales. The burger patty resembles wood, fries are cold and stale. Drinks are always flat and the majority of the staff are teenagers who would rather look good for Instagram pics than actually do a good job. Avoid this place, there's far better products close by. AVOID

  Went here in the morning of 7/6/26 just before 8 and ordered a large latte. I was handed a medium at the window. I said I ordered a large. The lady in a white shirt told me I paid for a medium. I took it and just accepted they put a medium through. I went to park in the carpark and had the notification on banking app to say I had paid 2.69 which is a large. So I went back in (this is the only reason I'm leaving a poor review) I was stood there for almost 10 minutes. 2 staff members came to the counter and literally ignored me and served other customers. I had to literally walk in to the back of house to shout them. I showed a young lad my banking app and said I paid for a large. I was going to speak to the manager on shift until the young lad said sorry about that. That's the only reason I didnt take it further with the manager. A small issue but one that could have been resolved much quicker. I was not offered any compensation for standing there and being ignored for almost 10 minutes. I understand the coffee issue was a general mistake but the staff had no idea how to resolve it. It was almost as if each staff member didnt want to deal with me. I went back to the carpark and realised they had given me a large white coffee. After having to go back in again, I was finally given the correct drink 🙈
