- YMYve MillwardSep 25, 20262.0Tiny car park, no where to park, my partner did 1 order, i had did another. We both were missing our sauces that we even paid extra for, we ordered the shaker chips and got normal. half filled chips. Overall: unhappy
- RJRichard JohnsonSep 17, 20262.0This has become the worst restaurant in Cardiff, and that’s saying something. No amount of technology, can make up for staff that clearly do not want to work. Management need to sort it out, shambolic service.
- CSChrissie SmithSep 2, 20261.0Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. I called in to western avenue store with my 2 young children for food. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, 3 members of staff looked at me including the manager and not one of them acknowledged I was there to be served. Maybe you need new staff aswell as a new store!
- MKMike KelSep 1, 20262.0Just too dear to take families now They have taken the enjoyment from the family day out ,everything is smaller and cost more ,you can have a restaurant meal for the family for same price as McDonald's,
- JHJane HargreavesAug 21, 20262.0Food was cold and not complete when said to them took away and brought back same food with missing bits added, service was awful as though they did not want to be there. About 15 teenagers shouting and throwing food around made us feel very uncomfortable 😣😣
