So the order was 2 double cheeseburgers plain, one double cheese with no pickles, large 6 nuggets meal with coke, and mcchicken I got free on the app. Two double cheeseburgers plain had everything in, my toddler threw a fit, he has autism so the burgers were not okay at all. With the other double cheese no pickles they in fact had pickles and everything else in. I’m not one to complain but wow. I’ve worked in McDonald’s before so I know how it works. The coke with no ice did have ice in which I find it waters down the drink. But I called the location up and the manager was lovely and resolved this for us very quickly and gave us a few options on how we’d like to proceed. She was very lovely thank you to the manager for understanding the situation but I hope your staff are spoken to.
