Also repeatedly told that plain hamburgers (so just bun amd burger) always comes with cheese.... pretty sure thats called a cheeseburger and not a plain burger

I didn’t acknowledge what he done over the speaker and there was silence in between this and he then apologised ‘“about that “ ! Very strange customer service, surely up to me if use the app or not ?

Raised a complaint on the app and they blamed Uber eats app even though the order was made on the McDonald's app. Not the first time they messed up, last time I ordered a big Mac and it was missing a whole layer (including the burger). This location no doubt has the worst quality checks. Give it a miss
