- GGGem4 days ago1.0Ordered in drive through and when I said I wasn’t ordering through the app the McDonalds member had a let out massive sigh and aww, really strange behaviour. I didn’t acknowledge what he done over the speaker and there was silence in between this and he then apologised ‘“about that “ ! Very strange customer service, surely up to me if use the app or not ?

- YXY -x-Aug 3, 20261.0Ordered food through the app and had it dropped off at the car, when I got home discovered it was missing a big arch burger. Raised a complaint on the app and they blamed Uber eats app even though the order was made on the McDonald's app. Not the first time they messed up, last time I ordered a big Mac and it was missing a whole layer (including the burger). This location no doubt has the worst quality checks. Give it a miss
