Dude seemed confused I didn't want chips without ketchup that I ordered and tried to stop me getting a refund. The manager/whoever who did refund the whole order didn't apologise was rude. Seem unorganised and don't care.

No salt, fries were disgusting without any salt in it. My meal was already cold while my bud still waited for his 20 cicken nuggets. A place to avoid.
