  The 1 star review only for the Security called Abdullah .Very unprofessional and rude behaviour while i collect my food .I was rushing to collect my food and leave ASAP.He stopped me and started abusing and also came towards me very aggressively he wants to ban me from Mcdonalds,the reason i didnt talk to him while collecting food he tried to start conversation with me.How come Mcdonalds security be so unprofessional and disgusting??

  Worst Mcdonald's experience ever, I ordered a breakfast at 9:45 and waited until 10:05 for the meal, more than 15 people waiting for their food but staffs inside the kitchen didnt gives a shit, walking around, making the food extremely slow, serving ticket by ticket every 4-5mins, some of them were 2 softdrinks or one single muffin. Im a chef myself and Im running a kitchen with way less staff, giving 10 times better performance then this place.

  My three-year-old needed to use the toilet, so we briefly left our table. We had only been gone for less than two minutes, and I had deliberately left the table looking as though we were still using it. When we returned, our entire table had been cleared. My son’s toy had been taken, and his unfinished food had also been removed. When I asked a member of staff what had happened, I was simply told, “I don’t know, my colleague took it.” There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. My son became very upset because his toy and food were gone, and I found the whole situation incredibly frustrating, particularly given how little time we had been away. What also concerned me during our visit was the behaviour of one of the managers. While I was collecting our food, I witnessed a manager shouting and screaming at members of staff and speaking to them in a very disrespectful and unpleasant manner. As a customer, it was extremely uncomfortable to witness, especially with children present. Overall, the way this situation was handled, combined with what I witnessed from the management, left a very poor impression. I would appreciate an explanation as to why our table was cleared so quickly when it was clearly still occupied, and I would also like my concerns about the way staff were treated to be taken seriously. I hope this can be addressed appropriately, as this was a very disappointing experience.
