  My three-year-old needed to use the toilet, so we briefly left our table. We had only been gone for less than two minutes, and I had deliberately left the table looking as though we were still using it. When we returned, our entire table had been cleared. My son’s toy had been taken, and his unfinished food had also been removed. When I asked a member of staff what had happened, I was simply told, “I don’t know, my colleague took it.” There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. My son became very upset because his toy and food were gone, and I found the whole situation incredibly frustrating, particularly given how little time we had been away. What also concerned me during our visit was the behaviour of one of the managers. While I was collecting our food, I witnessed a manager shouting and screaming at members of staff and speaking to them in a very disrespectful and unpleasant manner. As a customer, it was extremely uncomfortable to witness, especially with children present. Overall, the way this situation was handled, combined with what I witnessed from the management, left a very poor impression. I would appreciate an explanation as to why our table was cleared so quickly when it was clearly still occupied, and I would also like my concerns about the way staff were treated to be taken seriously. I hope this can be addressed appropriately, as this was a very disappointing experience.

  The food was good, it's McDonald's. Service was slow and the seating areas weren't very clean.

  It’s a typical McDonald’s visit, nothing out of the ordinary- my daughter and I like to visit McDonald’s in every country we visit and this visit is no different,,,, the only thing that disappointed me is paying for using the toilet. That’s basic human rights/ necessity to ask or expect someone to pay is not right

  So cleanest restaurant ever I seen nothing left on table like even bit or straw paper on nothing at all I looked supprise how clean is it it’s top notch restaurant amazing staff friendly. Very professional staff doing there work food I had Big Mac was tidy stacks nothing messy just perfectly says on poster just excally as on picture . I come again it’s shocking clean

  This place is diabolical! I know they just had a rat invasion and had to close down but it's just reopened. I bet there's still rats here! We went to collect our drinks and the smell from the kitchen offended both my nostrils and gave me a headache. I don't think the kitchen floor had ever been cleaned. There were plastic lids and rolled up posters on the floor, a trip hazard! Nobody had a hair net and I think the workers were partying with the flies. I've seen more flies here than I have at a family picnic. I felt brave and sat down, I was scared I was going to by attacked my flies! They were shooting in all directions like a meteor shower. I saw a worker get a tray of food ready, she saw a fly land on a burger but she just spanked its booty and still gave the questionable food to the poor customer who knew nothing of the sort. I was too frightened to use the toilet as the state this establishment is in is carnage. One customer came in and shouted "YOOO IT STINKS BAD IN HERE BOYS" then left. Had I not already ordered from the touchscreen I would have gone out swell. I want a Dettol bath to cleanse from the vile unsanitary food place. There won't be a next time as next time I'm in the city, I'll be going to Jolibee at least they're clean and have refillable drinks. My poor mother went to the toilet, it was the worst mistake of her life. The person before had chronic bowel movements and the way it was "cleaned" was by a few sprays of what smelt like cheap out of date air freshener. No hand dryer, no soap, no tissue to wipe her hands and definitely no toilet paper. Staff are aware as someone not long came out before she went in. I know it's only McDonald's however, if you want to experience a health hazard then this is the place to be
