- SMSophia Mellena1 day ago5.0I recently visited McDonald’s on St Mary Street while visiting Cardiff from Norway to watch a football match, and I had a really positive experience. The customer service was excellent. I don’t remember the staff member’s name, but I think it was Joshua. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I’d also like to thank the security guard, who was extremely helpful and even helped me with Google Maps as I was unfamiliar with the area the time when I was there it was around 5/6am Overall, a great experience. Thank you to both of them for making me feel welcome in Cardiff!
- LHLogan Huntley4 days ago5.0Went on Saturday, The Food was amazing, the kiosks worked well, there was a problem with the kiosk but it got resolved quickly. The team was helpful and friendly, would recommend!
- JLJayne LavinSep 24, 20264.0A very small branch with limited seating. Only had a coffee so can't comment on the food but I'm sure you've probably all tried it.
- JDJunior DaboSep 19, 20261.0Shit place I bought a burger someone took it and was throwing it about it dropped and I didn’t get refund
- RRReviewanSep 17, 20261.0Wasn’t impressed by the door security staff going in and out of the kitchen making and serving food (without washing hands etc). The manager (believe he was called Josh) seemed to be absolutely fine with the untrained door staff pulling up chips, packing up food and serving customers. Watched this unfold after waiting over 15 minutes for my own meal (only a double quarter pounder and nuggets) Bit of a joke I can’t lie.
