- AKamina khanFeb 8, 20261.0Popped in today around 1ish before my gym session, the man that served me was actually polite but unfortunately the same can’t be said about the polish woman with dark hair she was extremely rude, I purchased a porridge pot and just needed to make sure I didn’t need more hot water, I was on the side away from the door and counter despite this I apologised and asked saying I can move away if I was in the way only she was abrupt and dismissive only to tell me it was takeaway only while rolling her eyes! Disgraceful behaviour first & last time I will be returning back, she needs training in customer service and how you speak to paying customers, you’ll keep losing customers with someone like that there. Can see why the place was literally swatting flies not hard to see why.

I went first thing in the morning to quickly grab breakfast, and the lady who served me was extremely rude with no sense of customer service. I simply stood on the side of the store to finish my breakfast roll, and she shouted from the tills, telling me it wasn’t a place to eat and I should take it away. It was unnecessary, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
