  I ordered two Medium £8.99 Pizza Deals with two toppings on each pizza for collection. When I got home, I was shocked to find that both pizzas had no toppings at all—they were just plain pizza bases with cheese. I called the store immediately, expecting them to help resolve the issue. Instead, the staff simply blamed me, insisting that I hadn't selected any toppings online. They even asked me to come back to the store to prove what I had ordered. This response was extremely disappointing. I know exactly what I ordered, and I certainly wouldn't pay £8.99 each for two plain pizzas with no toppings. Rather than trying to understand the situation or check the order properly, the staff immediately assumed it was my fault. The customer service was unprofessional and showed no willingness to help. I believe the staff at this store need proper customer service training. Mistakes can happen, but how you handle them is what matters. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this Domino's store.
