  We ordered large pizzas and one came significantly smaller than the other so we called up thinking it was a different size, staff were extremely helpful and kind in substituting the pizza for a large. We especially received excellent customer service from Lily who quickly solved the problem in a very positive attitude. Thank you very much for the high quality service.

  Ordered 2 large pizzas, with 1 arriving significantly smaller than the other. We called up and the staff quickly remedied the situation, and were very helpful and kind, particularly Lily. Amazing customer service from her. Thank you very much for the service we received!

  I had placed an order for large pizza payed 15 pounds called them 3 times to checkup with my over and someone on the call said that they tried delivering but my number was not reachable So they said they cannot send anyone I have to go and pickup the order near sainsbury When I reached there they said I’ll have to go to city center and collect my order Is this how you treat your customers? My 15 pounds were never refunded back to me Veryyy bad
