  I went into this burger king after a long day of work then some shopping for the kids. Hoped for an easy fast food meal, however things just went so wrong. I had ordered 2 chicken royales with a large sprite but i was given 2 VEGAN chicken royales with a regular fanta. I had complained to the manager and i had taken his name as soodip. He was rude, aggresive and didnt seem like he wanted to help. Soodip had told me 'I give you what you order, never complain to me i can read what you order man ok' and i took this very well for the first time as we all have bad days and he may have been in a mood which is understandable, but i thought after that he would give me what i actually ordered but he never did. so i asked again. Soodip then proceeded to remove me from the store and tell me to 'eat your food little girl never complain i know how to run a store'. Now this crossed the line for me, I am never going here again for food let alone any other burger king stores around as i cannot comprehend how and why higher ups would even let these people be managers. Finally, I advise that nobody should go here if theyre expecting a fast and reliable bite to eat, and to be treated like an actual customer rather than be shouted at like your mother would.
