Not very impressed at all. We have just been waiting almost an hour and a lot of that was waiting for the delivery driver to find the right direction. He was going all over the place but kept misting us. Now we have a cold pizza. No apology from the driver

Made a mistake whilst ordering I clicked collection instead of delivery when ringing the store to ask what can be done the staff were very rude and hung up on me. When I rung back and asked for a manager they were also very rude and again hung up on me and now they will not answer the phone so I still have no idea whether my order is cancelled and if I will receive a refund. They all need training in customer service… especially the ‘manager’. I’m never one to complain but the way I was spoken to today is not acceptable.

Don't waste your time called to ask if they would deliver and they hung up the phone
