He looked after us so well and was very attentive. I was feeling cold so he arranged for the air conditioning above us to be turned down. We really appreciated it and as always our food was absolutely delicious.
- JJJiipMay 30, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous and immature staff. I ordered on uber eats. Uber eats has NOTHING to do with the quality of the food, they just deliver it. I ordered the tantanmen beef brisket ramen, my favourite! However, I ALWAYS add double beef so I expected alot like usual…But today, there was barely ANY in it. The noodles were cut up (which I don’t get???) and when my mom went to call and complain about the extra beef being…completely nonexistent (no beef at all in there anyways), the staff just said it was an uber eats issue…THEY DONT MAKE THE FOOD!!! Absolute immature adults who cannot take responsibility for a simple fix, so embarrassing, and I went hungry after feeling ill the whole day. On the website it says ‘Warm welcome’, maybe you should stick with that motto.
