    Been going here since a kid, amazing customer service and food as always, place is always clean so I can eat in store too! Cannot fault it

    Whoever was working Saturday 21st March around 3:30 got my order completely wrong. I ordered on the app, so she has a receipt to reference and it’s therefore not an excuse. This isn’t the first time the same employee has got my order wrong. I can excuse the first time, but happening twice in a row is ridiculous. I would be fairly okay with it if she answered the phone so I could request a refund. But we phoned a few times and there was absolutely no response. Will not be coming here again while she’s working there.
