  I ordered a vegan garden party plus 2 sides and I received a pepperoni pizza. I have lactose intolerance and my husband is vegetarian and we have a poorly baby at home. I called and was not given an apology and told it will be with me in 15 mins. I got a text confirming this and the address was incorrect. So I called again and explained. 30 mins later I don’t have the pizza and call and I’m told 2 minutes. A further 10 mins went by and I received a text to say the order has been cancelled. After 50 mins I received the correct pizza. No apology nothing. Instead I was compensated with a small bottle of drink and some ice cream. I am disgusted with the service. I have given numerous business to this place and will not be using them again. A formal complaint has been made.

  Just went into the shop and ordered pizza & garlic bread, after explaining multiple times what topping i wanted, they still got it wrong failed to put mushrooms on one half of the pizza infact didnt put any mushrooms on the pizza whats so ever, As for the garlic bread well that was rock hard and un edible. I 100% will never eat the garbage from there again, I also suggest nobody else uses this particular papa john. Normally use longfellow road.

  Don't order from here as when I ordered on the 27/5/26 my food was stone cold. I called about a refund and I never received a follow up call. Calling them is difficult enough as they rarely answer. Disappointing

  Avoid. Wasted money on a pizza they could not even be bothered to cut! Also tastes wrong.

  Wow! Amazing pizza and value for money. The works pizza was full of flavour and it was piping hot. Customer service was great.
