- FJF J2 days ago1.0Very bad customer service from one person at the tile in particular. I asked for a specific hot drink and I always pay with the app. This person asks me if I have the app, I say yes and I scan it. Something goes wrong and apparently the payment does not go through, I rescan. The person does not tell me about the problem and then, while I am waiting for my drink, she shouts "You must pay for it", as if I do not know how a purchase works. She decides to get my payment by card, without checking any issue with the app (I hsd +4£ on the app and the cost of the drink was £2.30). Finally, I leave and just outside I have a sip of the drink and it is not what I ordered. I get back and luckily another shop assistant helps me, accepts the drink back and gets the order right. I do not care if one of them got it fixed, because the first one has been inaccurate and rude.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
