  After collecting my 2 pizzas I got home to realise they were both way over cooked and dry. I called to complain and they said they’d make a new one (no apology). I drove back to collect and brought the pizza with me, a man on the front desk just said ‘put it in the bin’ I left it on the side in case they wanted proof. I felt incredibly uncomfortable as the man and his colleague were clearly speaking about me in their own language. The man gave me the new pizza (no apology) I checked it as I left and there was no hot honey on it. I gave it back and he poured an excessive amount of hot honey over the pizza and gave it back to me, again, no apology. Manners don’t cost a thing but they’ve just cost you a customer!

  delivery driver was incredibly rude and not accommodating will not order from this branch again

  It would be very helpful if when ringing up for a delivery that the staff were trained in using the card machine as they do not seem to know how to work them not very good
