- MFMary fisherDec 25, 20251.0I used to love greggs pasties especially the festive ones....i have been into cannon park greggs 4 imes in the pastb10 days and each time the pies were not hot and only 1 was remotely warm....when i asked the staff why this was happening i was told..."they come out of the oven hot" this is not an answer......when they come out of the oven you would expect them to be hot but surely when they are under the lights in display cabinet they should be kept at least warm....are we getting used to now eating cold pies etc. If you cant promise hot pasties maybe you need to think of putting a microwave in place so customers can warm the pies up themselves....if people are getting cold food at any place please report it otherwise things will never change. If i wang yo eat cold food i would order a sahad

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
