  Every time I buy a Sunday paper I’m always served by a mature lady with a terrible attitude towards customer’s, it’s as if we shouldn’t be bothering her, no smile, please or thank you, why on earth do you employ people like this, it’s letting the side down!

  So... A couple of weeks ago we picked up the keys to our house. Very excited to be moving to Carnon Downs. We went to the local shop a little bubbly & excited to try local pasties and a couple of bits, milk etc. Oh dear! (Grimace) The local grump/checkout lady could not crack a tiny smile or a single word of politeness. "FROZEN" Yep! Miserable! I tried to encourage her with my positive friendly personality.... no way could I crack the mold! Mis -er -able! I promise I will correct this if she cracks! I swear I have been on checkouts in asda, tesco, sainsburys & morrisons!!!! But never ever experienced this! ( I meant worked & shopped in all of them) Hey ho..... I will be back! I live here again now! Grrrrrr

  Has a good gift shop, surprised by the variety of food stuffs on offer. However, was disappointed that there was no sauna or hot stone massages available. As a spa it was a big let down
