- MMMartinDaviesMar 28, 20261.0I get delivery from this McDonalds fairly regularly but I will be stopping from today as I’ve had enough. They always, and I mean always, forget items. I think that they do it on purpose as they don’t want people ordering delivery. The staff don’t care how much the business makes. The food is stone cold half the time, the other half it’s warm at best. Because people use Deliveroo and JustEat to order the food, they don’t care if people complain and ask for refunds as that’s done through the delivery app. I’ve gone through DriveThru a few times and because you’re there to complain to their faces, they don’t forget items because you can check your order in front of them. Useless staff causing financial loss to the business they work for but don’t care about.
