My friends and I visited dominos on flora day as we were in dire need of food to soak up our merriness. We were served by Sam, Ian and Mundip who were absolutely wonderful and brought so much fun to everyone in the restaurant. My friend really needed to use the toilet and they let her use it if she shouted the dominos slogan! Domino hoo hoo! They were so fun and friendly, we had a lovely experience and SUCH a good pizza! 10/10 I love them

I have had two genuinely unacceptable experiences with Domino’s Helston, both involving serious food quality issues and extremely poor customer service.
On the first occasion, we received a pizza with a large, visible hair baked into it. The hair clearly did not belong to either myself or my partner. When I phoned the store, the woman I spoke to was immediately rude and accused me of lying. I sent photographic evidence, which she dismissed as “not realistic enough.” I even offered to bring the pizza into the store, but instead of handling the situation professionally or giving the benefit of the doubt, she continued to argue and accuse me of dishonesty.
She then offered to refund only one pizza, despite us having ordered and paid for two. This would have left one of us without food or both of us with an incomplete meal. As the experience had been completely ruined, a full refund so we could reorder properly would have been the only reasonable solution. Nothing was resolved, and the interaction was handled appallingly by what appeared to be a manager.
Despite this, we later gave the store another chance. Unfortunately, we received a pizza that was clearly undercooked — thick, raw dough that had not been properly baked. When I called to explain this, I was again accused of lying and told it “must be cooked” because the oven settings are automatic. I asked to raise a complaint and was told a manager would deal with it. No one ever contacted me. No apology, no explanation, no resolution.
Mistakes in food service happen. What is unacceptable is repeatedly accusing customers of dishonesty, speaking rudely, and then completely ignoring complaints. This store has a serious issue with both quality control and customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious ordering from this location.
Ordered a delivery via the dominos app. Tracked the location after the pizzas had been given to the driver. They made a stop somewhere in Helston first and then I saw the driver go back to the shop before the app claimed the order had been successfully delivered. Rang the store to hear quite a rude member of staff tell me that the reason the driver didn’t come is because I failed to pick up a phone call from the store, asking if I was ready to collect the order at mine. Checking my missed calls made this statement a complete lie, however the staff member insisted that I was to blame. Food eventually arrived after a further half an hour. Cold and horrible. Since when were you required to confirm that you’re ready to pick up a delivery order, and why does the Domino’s app not inform you of this? I doubt i’ll ever be wanting a delivery from this store again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition in which my recent Domino’s order arrived.
One pizza was missing an entire slice, and the other arrived with no cheese and no toppings on top of the pizza at all — they were literally baked underneath the base. This is not a minor mistake; this is a complete failure in preparation and quality control.
Pizzas are supposed to arrive whole, correctly assembled, and edible. What we received looks careless, rushed, and frankly embarrassing for a company of your size. I have attached photos showing the condition of the pizzas as delivered — they speak for themselves.
This is not what customers pay for, and it is absolutely unacceptable to send out food in this state. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved properly, either with a full refund or a replacement done correctly.
Please respond promptly and explain how this was allowed to leave the store in this condition.
