  Friendly staff , clean and well stocked with a fairly good range but blooming expensive hence the star rating for the prices they charge

  Spar convenience store just near the station. It seems to have a fair range of stock. At the time of my visit it was rather chaotic, with stock cages blocking up the area by the entrance, and it's not a spacious place either. That said, it was busy and is obviously popular with people locally. It has a lively atmosphere and the staff were very charismatic. It's got a step free entrance, but the spring loaded doors will make it a bit difficult to get in. Also the aisles are quite cramped. There's free parking right outside, but it's popular. The Foundry Square car park is about two minutes walk away.

  Normal small supermarket. Serves hot food to takeaway plus a Costa coffee machine.
