- VKVittoria Knott1 day ago5.0I wanted to leave a really big thank you for the young man working at Tesco Truro Customer Service on Saturday afternoon. My car had broken down in the car park, and when I went to Customer Service I explained what had happened and asked whether there was anything I needed to do to make sure I didn’t end up with a parking fine while I was waiting for breakdown assistance. He was incredibly helpful and understanding, let me enter my registration into the system, and gave me a few days to get everything sorted, which immediately took a lot of the pressure and worry off me. He was also really lovely about answering all of my questions, including what time the store and Costa closed, as I was trying to work out where I could safely wait while the breakdown service came. Luckily, the wait ended up being shorter than I had feared, and after a few hours I was finally able to get on my way home. I made sure to thank him again on my way out, but I really wanted to leave a review as well because his kindness, patience and helpfulness genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. Fantastic customer service and a genuinely kind and caring member of staff. A massive thank you to him for going out of his way to help me when I really needed it. Tesco should be very proud to have him on their team. ❤️
