Often the stock control is poor but has been getting progressively worse, culminating in a ridiculous amount of out of stock products over the past few days. Stock variety and knowledge of the customer base is appalling. Very poor management is evident and two female members of staff have absolutely NO customer care skill. A smile and hello or good day costs nothing. If people cannot be trained in the basic customer care retail skills then they need to go. The men, and this is not a sexist comment, are excellent as is everything to connected to the Butchery. These last two are the sole reason for 2 stars. This shop used to be so much better but has plummeted in the past year.
