  Tried to go in at 9:52, seven minutes before they close, more than enough time in an emergency situation. Needed to go in to buy a sugary snack for diabetic. Tried explaining this to man with glasses, and showed him the early time, but didn’t want to know as apparently his closing time is actually 9:50? Consequently had to call 999 for an ambulance to get my friend having a hypo. Could have been avoided if let in during the opening times. Really poor, expected better from a friendly village shop. :/

  I had a stroke and find it difficult to walk unaided. The co op in millbrook has only one trolley for staff to move stock When I go in they empty it so i can use it. Very considerate staff.

  Liam was an absolute legend during a recent visit to Co-op Food - Millbrook - West Street, he couldn't have done more to help me, whilst at the same time serving a number of other customers meaning that everyone received excellent service, guy has some serious skills! Please pass on my grateful thanks to legendary Liam :D ps give me a P, give me an A, give me a Y, give me an R, give me an I etc, etc. pps We are from North Wales and were visiting for four days; we arrived with no supplies and purchased 3 loads from Co-op Food - Millbrook - West Street.

  What an absolutely miserable shopping experience. Apart from the young man that works there the rest of the staff are abysmal. Absolutely no customer care skills & totally miserable. The shop is way too small & a total awful shopping experience. Very very expensive as well. Definitely needs staff training on how to greet & treat customers. Definitely avoid if possible.
