  The cashier named Karen was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I was shopping at this supermarket just a few minutes ago and attempted to use a photo of my membership card because, unfortunately, the mobile signal in the store was poor and I was unable to access the app. Instead of politely explaining that the card could not be scanned from a photo, Karen immediately displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. I should also point out that I have never experienced this issue at any other Tesco store before. I tried to ignore her behavior and avoid any confrontation. However, she continued by pointing at me and telling my friend that I was being rude and that I did not understand, despite the fact that I had not said a single word to her. What makes this situation even more concerning is that my friend has a disability and must avoid stressful or upsetting situations because of their medical condition. Karen’s repeated comments and aggressive manner only escalated the situation unnecessarily. I intend to raise this matter with management because this type of behavior should not be tolerated. Customer service staff are expected to treat customers with respect and professionalism. If Karen is unwilling to treat people respectfully, then she should not be working in a customer-facing role. I would appreciate it if this incident could be investigated and addressed appropriately.

  Visited once while on holiday and were really impressed. It’s a brilliant, large store with loads of stock and very few empty shelves, even during busy periods. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Great sized store and large carpark making it really convenient. It’s also easy to locate and ideal for both locals and holiday makers staying nearby.

  Supermarket with a view.... Not a large store but big enough for what I needed. A bit cluttered as you go in and at the back of the store, but it is the start of the holiday season. Well stocked and plenty of staff, great service at the tills. Car Park confusing if you can't see arrows on the floor, which apparently many can't
