  Absolutely shocking! Power cut back in January meant I couldn’t pay for my fuel and got held in the petrol station for ages and told we can pay online but will cost us an additional £4! They finally let us leave and I went back at a later date to pay which they said was sorted. About a month ago got a letter from enforcement to say I left without paying!! I called the store to explain, the guy said he will speak to his manager then and call me back that day, didn’t hear anything back so called the day after where he reassured me I haven’t been forgotten about and will call me back ASAP. Went on the online chat to try and contact them asking what’s going on and they said the manager will call me back and still NOTHING! Awful customer service by the manager of the store and a massive company like Tesco trying conn people out of £50 when it’s clearly been paid! Still none the wiser if I’m still being chased for money from enforcement 🤷‍♀️

  Dont know what HMO or hotel ur getting ur whoosh drivers from but they better keep their hands out of my bag next time they drop stuff off those bags are supposed to stay sealed not opened on my doorstep by ur driver to rummage through and see if he can help himself to my stuff and run off before I get to the door in time

  I used to really like this Tesco. It used to have a really nice vibe (per supermarket standards) and woukd easily have been a 5-out-of-5. But its replaced almost all its tills with horrible self checkouts with a conveyor belt which are a lot slower than just having staff. I'm nit sure if I would shop here again. The Asda in Penryn, although quite grim, at least has staff.
