Came to the cafe for some food as we are visiting and needed to have a quick meal. We ordered a southern chicken wrap, Parmesan fries with ceaser sauce, kids pizza with peas and corn, hash brown puffs and a halloumi flat bread. We waited for about a hour (most literally) for food that mostly probably contains mainly frozen items just warmed up. When the food came the wrap was sad looking and dry ceaser sauce was nowhere to be found and I had to ask twice until one of the employees asked the kitchen to finally do it on the side there was a salad that looked like it was from the great depression sad and wilted looked like it was sat out for days only good thing with this meal was the amount of Parmesan cheese they put on. The pizza just like everything else was sad looking and looked exactly like a frozen pizza from the saver section the peas and sweetcorn wasn’t fully cooked either which you would think it’s a simple task. The halloumi flat bread had old cucumber that has obviously been sat out for ages. I wasn’t expecting some extravagant meal but what I was given sad and might aswell been from the tesco meal deal section. The staff were some what helpful with one girl actually smiling the rest looking like I just kicked their pet down the stairs .
