- PFPatryk FetterJul 13, 20265.0I was packing up my shopping when I noticed a gentleman struggling to stand by the shopping trolleys. Three ladies had already come over and were trying to help him. I joined them and tried to lift him up, but he had no strength in his legs, so there wasn’t much I could do. I then carefully helped him lie down, and I went inside to ask for assistance. I came across a security guard, who was pleasant from the very first moment. We went over to the gentleman together, and the security guard approached him with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. He asked all the right questions, reassured him, checked on his wellbeing, and handled the situation exceptionally well. After a while, I went back to my car and took a photo while the security guard was sitting beside him, comforting and reassuring him. I’m not usually someone who takes photos, but I felt I had to on this occasion. In general, Tesco in Pool has a fantastic team, from customer service and the pharmacy to the checkout staff, and even the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The security guard, in particular, did an outstanding job and is a huge credit to the store. Well done!

We wouldn't dream of speaking to a member of staff like that. I hardly ever leave negative reviews but there was absolutely no need for it whatsoever.
