  Fantastic delivery driver. Was a very friendly ginger chap! Called up to try get his name but unfortunately they were unable to give any info. Totally fair enough! Because I ordered through uber eats it did not give the information regarding the driver. But true credit to the guy. Please pass on my regards to him.

  I’m a Pizza connoisseur. I know when my food is burnt or overcooked or even Charred. I bought two Pizza and one was charred round the edges and in to the pizza itself. I rang them. They just said they cooked them at the same time all of them. Offered me £5 which I refused remade it for me, but the attitude was rubbish. No Goodwill gesture for the extra 1 hour wait for the re-delivery or even an apology…… I am now complaining to head office.

  Decent although the crusts were almost non existence. But it tasted fine.

  Ordered delivery on the app. Got a notification that it was delivered. They delivered it to the wrong property (GPS confirmed). Told me on the phone that because it was in the general area there is nothing they can do. They then told me to go to the other property and ask for my pizza. This is a food hygeine and health and safety issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service, treating me like a liar and a dog. 10-15 working days for a refund. I feel they won't and I will need to do a charge back. Will update in a month, I will not let this drop. Update: Got a phone call from the area manager. They were as shocked as I was with the stores handling of the situation. I was issued a refund immediately and can see the money has been returned.

  Hadn't had a Domino's for around 6 months and sorry to see it has not improved at all. Pizza boxes aren't labelled and I had pineapple randomly on mine when I didn't order it.... Not happy, going to stick to Moganojax!
