  Ordered pizza, it came in shockingly presented, and undercooked, me and my daughter got food poisoning, rang in, "Chloe" answered. Cant get a refund even though we got food poisoning and she was very rude. Disgusting

  Unbelievably you cannot order gluten free pizza at the takeaway but you can online (or by phone whilst stood just outside) - why this idiotic policy? No more custom from me.

  Missing item from our order. We told the driver straight away when the food arrived and he said he would bring it back to us straight away. 20 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived, so we phoned the store and were told there would be another 20 minute wait. Ended up waiting around 40 minutes just for a drink. Mistakes happen, but this was handled poorly.

  The management's performance is pathetic. Riders are operating bikes without the required uniform, and when this issue is raised, the response consistently indicates that uniforms are on order. Furthermore, staff members have been observed to engage in unprofessional conduct in front of customers. This issue will be taken higher up.
