  Workers spoke badly about us being young when we’re 18 anyway when we decided to pick up alcohol and they was speaking in tjeir communication lines about us like we had done something wrong ? Speaking rudely and doing it blatantly in front of us especially when we was being served at the till or walking by rhe workers especially when we left. 2 that we noticed were a rather big woman with glasses and a small plump woman with a nose piercing will not be returning as their is another co op which didn’t do the same , sort your disrespectful staff out immediately as it seems it is also directed towards tourists and younger people who come down here. With it being 1 of the only 3 convenient stores in the area is it a massive letdown for the town itself . Get a grip and treat your customers respectfully when your 30+ working in co-op get a jog on

  The shop has narrow aisles, feels very cramped when busy, but well stocked. On a slightly point negative I found the staff rude and grouchy especially towards tourists.

  It's a "green co-op" which means it's operated by a different Co-operative than the shop on Boscawen Road. However, it is a nicer shopping experience. Aisles actually have breathing room and there is a good selection available. Queues usually okay, prices are a little steep but that is to be expected with a tourist Co-op
