  We ate here at the weekend, I was excited for the Roast, we booked online a couple of days before and was not disappointed. We had 2x Roast beefs so I didn't get to see any other dishes but we absolutely loved this food, lots of spuds, veg and loads of beef. We sat in the sunny pub garden too!

  Strange that the web shows that food is served until 3pm, but walk in at 2.15 to be told food had finished, thanks for that.

  Comimos una família de 7. Todo buenísimo. Recomiendo el Pie of the day. El mio era de pollo y puerros, exquisito! Muy amables y el sitio agradable.

  A hidden gem. Lovely inside and a lovely walled beer garden. Very pleasant girl behind the bar.

  Right ,firstly the staff are very good and are so helpful.....no problem there .......now regarding the Menu which claims to be fresh, I ordered monkfish when I asked if it was locally caught I was told no which is strange as this month is the beginning of the monkfish season when I asked if the chef would know where it was from he replied I have no idea. OK i get this is pub grub and not a high end restaurant but claiming fresh produce when Its obviously frozen and charging £30 quid for a small portion of Fish & Rice is bad enough but you know whats worse these days no-one cares.
